Jbel Lkest ist das imposante Bergmassiv (2359 Meter \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel) n\u00f6rdlich von Tafraoute<\/a>, das das Ammeln-Tal abschlie\u00dft.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr den Aufstieg zur Spitze von Jbel Lkest starten Sie vom Dorf Tagdicht (29.785349, -9.009414) n\u00f6rdlich von Tafraoute. In Tagdicht ist die Abfahrt nicht leicht zu finden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, sich von jemandem aus dem Dorf begleiten zu lassen, wenn Sie keine Erfahrung haben.<\/p>\n

JBEL LKEST: INFOS F\u00dcR DEN AUFSTIEG<\/div>\n

Nachdem Sie das Auto geparkt haben, durchqueren Sie das Dorf auf der linken Seite (Westen) auf einer schmalen Stra\u00dfe durch die H\u00e4user. Wenn Sie das westliche Ende des Dorfes erreicht haben, durchqueren Sie ein Tal und gehen Sie den gegen\u00fcberliegenden Hang hinauf, indem Sie einem gewundenen Pfad folgen und dann schr\u00e4g nach links weitergehen. \u00dcberqueren Sie einen schmalen felsigen Pass und besteigen Sie dann f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Zeit den guten Weg, der sich Ihnen bietet.<\/p>\n

Nach einem kleinen Pass gehen Sie einen H\u00fcgel entlang. An der Kreuzung mit dem Weg, der aus Anergui (Westen) kommt, gehen Sie nach rechts und nehmen Sie einen Pfad auf einem sanften Hang, der durch Steinhaufen gekennzeichnet ist, vorbei an einer charakteristischen Sch\u00e4ferh\u00f6hle, bis Sie ein gr\u00fcnes Tal am Fu\u00dfe des felsigen Steilhanges auf dem Gipfel erreichen.<\/p>\n

Der felsige Abhang ist leicht zu erklimmen und Sie erreichen den Gipfel, der durch Steinunterst\u00e4nde gekennzeichnet ist. Auf dem Gipfel sehen Sie das sch\u00f6ne Tal von Ammeln mit seinen vielen D\u00f6rfern. Sie sehen au\u00dferdem den zweith\u00f6chsten Berg des Jbel Lkest Massivs, Adrar Mgourn.<\/p>\n

Die Wanderung ist sehr steinig, aber es bestehen keine besonderen Schwierigkeiten. Auf der anderen Seite werden Sie unterwegs keine Wasserquellen finden.<\/p>\n

Am Jbel Lkest k\u00f6nnen Sie eine mehrt\u00e4gige Wanderung machen, Sie m\u00fcssen sich nur an einen Guide in Tafraoute wenden.<\/p>\n

Die beste Jahreszeit f\u00fcr eine Wanderung ist Februar-M\u00e4rz, wenn das Ammeln-Tal mit seinen Mandelb\u00e4umen in Bl\u00fcte steht.<\/p>\n
