FAMILY DAY IN TAROUDANT<\/div>\n

Perched on its hill, the Kasbah of Tioute rises above its famous palm grove. Located on the Igherm road, Tioute is a great family outing to do from Taroudant. You will find the necessary coolness there when the temperatures start to rise.<\/p>\n

You will find, at the Kasbah, a panoramic restaurant offering a magnificent view of the palm grove and its seven villages. You also have the possibility to eat, under traditional tents, in the heart of the palm grove.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

A PALM GROVE AT THE FOOT OF THE KASBAH<\/div>\n

This magnificent kasbah, perched on a hill, dates back to the Saadian period (16th century). The Tioute palm grove is a veritable maze of greenery at the foot of the Kasbah. Following the irrigation canals, you will walk among orange trees, pomegranate trees, carob trees and more than 20,000 palm trees. The inhabitants of the palm grove live mainly from the cultivation of cereals. Main source of motivation for your children: the palm grove can be visited by donkey.<\/p>\n

How to get there:<\/em><\/p>\n

From Agadir, take the N10. A few kilometers after Taroudant, turn right onto the R109 towards Igherm. Drive about fifteen kilometers and turn right at point: 30.435583, -8.664508.
