The Agadir Inoumar, near the Municipality of Imi Mqorn, was built over 300 years ago. This agadir – fortified granary typical of the Souss Massa region is a must visit to do during your visit. FIND THE GRANARY’S GUARDIAN<\/div>\n

By its surface area, the granary of Inoumar constitutes the largest collective granary of the Western Anti-Atlas.<\/em> Overlooking the Oued Ourga, this collective granary dates from the Alawite dynasty, and more particularly from the reign of Sultan Moulay Isma\u00efl.<\/em><\/p>\n

Its four towers, its three water towers and its two doors are always placed under the surveillance of the Amin = the guardian, who will have to be found when you arrive.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

How to get there:<\/em><\/p>\n

From Agadir, after A\u00eft Melloul, head in the direction of Tafraout, taking the R105 road which passes through Biougra. 14 kilometers after Biougra, you arrive at Imi Mqourn and there, you take the road on the left (30.166597, -9.237158) towards Ouled Te\u00efma which you will follow precisely for 7.8 kilometers.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

After these 7.8 kilometers and after the village of Tagounite (30.198654, -9.169534) you take the road on the right.<\/em> You follow this paved road for 6.5 kilometers and there, you take the road (30.194757, -9.108036) on your right: You continue on this road for 4.6 km and you park the car: you have to continue on foot! <\/em><\/p>\n

The Agadir Inoumar was built over 300 years ago towards the end of the reign of Sultan Moulay Isma\u00efl (1645\/1727). To face the risks of attack, the building was built on an area of half a hectare overlooking the Oued Ourga.<\/div>\n
