When you are in the Tata region, do not miss the opportunity to organize a bivouac in the desert.<\/p>\n

There are several options:<\/p>\n

From Akka N’Ait Sidi<\/a> , it is possible to book a bivouac in advance. There are bivouacs on both sides of the village overlooking the oued. Cross the oued, go up to the village and take the trail that leaves the village (29.913249, -7.337376) to the north. You will arrive in a lunar setting where the oued has dug craters in the ground.<\/p>\n

At Lake Iriqui and in Erg Chegaga, book a bivouac (29.807296, -6.165417) in the Iriki National Park<\/a> 2 hours from the Foum Zguid<\/a> Oasis. In a landscape bordered by the dunes on one side and by the Jbel Bani on the other, you can enjoy sumptuous sunrises and sunsets. You will not forget this experience and those starry nights. Apart from these 2 organized bivouac zones, there is always a way to ask the accommodations contacts in the region if there is the possibility of organizing a 4×4 tour with a night in a bivouac.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

How to get there:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

From Agadir -, take the N10 road towards Taroudant – Taliouine. After Taliouine, turn right at point: 30.471268, -7.842850 towards Akka Ighane (29.838782, -7.499735). At the junction (29.838407, -7.499948) with the N12, turn left towards Tissint – Foum Zguid.<\/span> You will find the first camps from Akka N’ait Sidi (29.909567, -7.336097). Don’t forget to book your bivouac in advance.<\/p>\n
