There are several possible routes to get there. The main road is the N10. It can be reached in an hour from Taroudant. Then, take the time to stop at a cooperative to understand the importance of the traditional cultivation of saffron. First, try to visit the saffron fields. For your information, the harvest is carried out there starting in October. You can visit the &#8220;Maison du Safran&#8221; where there is the possibility of tasting a tagine flavored with this spice, a gastronomic marvel.
