SAHARAN WILDLIFE AND BIRD WATCHING

Created in 1991, the Souss Massa National Park (33,800 hectares) is located on the Atlantic coast between Agadir in the north and Tiznit in the south.

This National Park has two objectives: the safeguarding of the Saharan fauna and the protection of the mouths of the Oueds Souss and Massa which are major areas for bird watching in Morocco.
