What will you find for breakfast?
Amlou, a spread made from edible argan oil, roasted almonds, honey, olive oil all produced in the Souss Massa region. These different accompaniments can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a snack with bread, wheat flour pancakes, semolina pancakes or baghrir, a kind of mini pancakes.
Everything will be accompanied by the traditional mint tea.
Inside the cities, you may have the opportunity to taste the Split pea soup – Bissara which can also be served with an omelet.
