Adkhs Collective Granary – near the Oasis of Aguinane

The Adkhs Collective Granary (30.127361, -7.468452) is a marvel of heritage to visit. It is located 20 km northeast of Akka Ighane, on the road to the Oasis of Aguinane. Its position makes it one of the most beautiful viewpoints in all of Souss Massa. Mandatory photo shoot.
The collective granary of Adkhs overlooks a sunken oued bed. It leans against a religious complex still in operation and extended by a partly abandoned village. This granary, restored by the Keepers of Memory memory, is supported by the “Global Heritage Fund”. Nearby you will find the Oasis of Aguinane where you can spend the night.
How to get there:
From Agadir, head in the direction of Taroudant, then take the P1706 to Aoulouz and finally take the N10 to Taliouine. When you have passed Taliouine, turn right (30.471271, -7.842794) and continue on the P1743 road to Akka Ighane (via Agadir Melloul). The road offers you the breathtaking landscapes of the Anti-Atlas. At Akka Ighane, head north towards the Oasis of Aguinane.
