Today we invite you to participate in the tourism development project of the Souss Massa backcountry.
Your discovery of Souss Massa must have a positive impact on the places visited and the inhabitants encountered. The inhabitants of the backcountry of Souss Massa have a culture, customs, beliefs, lifestyles which are specific to them, so respect the people who welcome you.
Conform to the habits and customs of daily life to facilitate the exchange.
Adopt clothing that respects the customs of this region.
Ask people for permission before photographing them.
Learn a few words in Arabic or Amazigh. This will be seen as a true mark of respect.
With a view to a solidarity economy, consider making your donations, preferably to local associations.
Take advantage of your stay to buy local products or crafts in locally managed structures (cooperatives or associations). Your passage will become a new source of income for people who lack the means.
Regarding the environment, do not forget to collect your waste and throw it in a trash can.
Set an example by picking up litter on the beach or in the mountains.
Respect your hosts with regard to your use of water and electricity.
Respect the flora and fauna by sticking to the marked routes.
Respect the traditional treasures visited and encourage their restoration.
