DISCOVER IMOUZZER

This mountainous area is a series of steep landscapes. The scenery is total: mountains, valleys, palm groves and mountain villages are available to you. You will hike in the middle of argan trees, junipers, holm oaks, acacias, surrounded by the intoxicating scent of lavender and thyme.

It is also possible to continue to Imouzzer des Ida Outanane (30.672200, -9.480837) where you will find, on Thursdays, a souk – weekly market. Perched at an altitude of 1250 m, the village dominates a large depression occupied by a beautiful palm grove and magnificent waterfalls that can be observed from January to March below. Beekeeping is one of the main activities of the inhabitants of the village.

How to get there:

From Agadir, take the N1 road towards Tamraght / Aourir (swimming beach break possible). At the roundabout (30.497386, -9.672650) turn right, the 2 roads lead to Tamzargout, then to the Paradise Valley car park (30.587866, -9.531845) where you leave your car .

Paradise Valley can be accessed by a simple 30 minute hike to the valley pools. A sign indicates the direction of the footpath which takes you to the natural pools (30.589002, -9.525032). Make sure the site is kept clean.
